Refund policy
At BestBasket, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we operate on a dropshipping model, we currently do not offer refunds, but we do provide easy exchanges to ensure you receive the right product.
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items such as cosmetics, intimate wear, personal hygiene products, and customized items are not eligible for exchange due to safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the received item as proof.
- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:

- Include your Order Number, Registered Name/Phone Number, and the reason for exchange.
- Our support team will guide you through the process and provide pickup or reshipment instructions.
4. Shipping & Exchange Costs
- If the product delivered is damaged, wrong, or defective, the exchange shipping cost will be fully covered by us.
- For size-related or preference-based exchanges, the shipping/handling charges may be borne by the customer.
